Krisztina Regőczy
Krisztina Regőczy (born 19 April 1955) is a former ice dancer from Hungary. Competing with András Sallay, she won the gold medal at the 1980 World Figure Skating Championships and the silver at that year's Winter Olympics. Regőczy coached in the United States for a number of years before returning to Budapest. She is the figure skating sports director for the International Skating Union. Krisztina Tóth (born 29 May 1974 in Miskolc, Hungary) is a Hungarian table tennis player from Gödöllő (Hungary), who currently resides in Augsburg, Germany. She has won several medals in single, doubles, and team events in the Table Tennis European Championships, the Table Tennis World Cup, and the World Table Tennis Championships. General interest Tóth began playing table tennis at the age of 8 in her hometown Gödöllő. She was inspired to do so by her uncle, who was a professional table tennis player. Krisztina Szabó is a Hungarian-Canadian mezzo-soprano opera singer who has performed in a number of operatic roles. A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Szabó finished her postgraduate studies at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London. She was awarded the Emerging Artist grant from the Canada Council. Ms. Szabó was a 1997 winner of the Mozart Competition, held under the auspices of the Canadian Opera Company, and in 1998 she joined the Canadian Opera's Ensemble Studio.
