Kristjan Sokoli
Kristjan Sokoli (born September 24, 1991) is an Albanian-born professional American football Center (gridiron football), center for the Houston Gamblers (2022), Houston Gamblers of the United States Football League (2022), United States Football League (USFL). He was drafted by the Seattle Seahawks in the sixth round of the 2015 NFL Draft. He played college football at Buffalo Bulls football, Buffalo. The United States Football League (USFL) is a professional American football minor league that began play on April 16, 2022. The inaugural 2022 regular season was played in its entirety in Birmingham, Alabama. The postseason games were played in Canton, Ohio, at the Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium. This position has designated the players at each end of the defensive line, but changes in formation (American football), formations over the years have substantially changed how the position is played. The collapse of these schemes caused many Albanians to lose much of their money and property, resulting in widespread protests across Albania, which eventually led to a situation of civil war. The Albanian Civil War in 1997 was sparked by pyramid scheme failures in Albania soon after its transition to a market economy. The government was toppled and more than 2,000 people were killed.
