Kristine Reeves
Kristine Monic Reeves (born February 18, 1981) is an American politician who serves as a member of the Washington House of Representatives from the 30th district. She was initially elected in 2016 but resigned before finishing her term to run for Washington's 10th congressional district in the 2020 election; she ultimately placed third in the blanket primary. In 2022 she ran for her previously held state legislative seat when her appointed successor chose not to seek re-election. She is a member of the Democratic Party. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science from Washington State University and Master of Arts in organizational leadership from Gonzaga University. Washington's 30th legislative district is one of forty-nine districts in Washington state for representation in the state legislature. It is mostly in King County with a small section in Pierce County. It covers the cities of Federal Way, Des Moines, Auburn, Algona, Pacific, and Milton, as well as unincorporated parts of King County. Marilyn Strickland
Marilyn Strickland (born September 25, 1962) is an American politician who is the U.S. representative from Washington's 10th congressional district. The district is based in the state capital of Olympia, and also includes much of eastern Tacoma. A member of the Democratic Party, Strickland took office on January 3, 2021. She served as the 38th mayor of Tacoma from 2010 to 2018. Patty Murray
Patricia Lynn Murray (; born October 11, 1950) is an American politician and educator who is the senior United States senator from Washington since 1993. A member of the Democratic Party, Murray was in the Washington State Senate from 1988 to 1992. She was Washington's first female U.S. senator and is due to assume the role of president pro tempore of the Senate in the 118th Congress, which would make her the first woman in American history to hold the position.
