The University of Charleston (UC) is a private non-profit university with its main campus in Charleston, West Virginia. ''Design on a Dime'' is a decorating television series that aired on HGTV from 2003-2013. In this long-running series, a design team demonstrates how problem areas can be revitalized on a budget of only $1,000.
