Krishna Chudasama
Krishna Chudasama (born 7 August 1961) is a Norwegian politician for the Norwegian Labour Party, Labour Party. During the second cabinet Stoltenberg, she was appointed State Secretary#Norway, State Secretary in the Norwegian Ministry of Children and Equality, Ministry of Children and Equality. An ethnic Indian diaspora in East Africa, Indian from Tanzania who came to Norway in 1988, she was the first State Secretary with immigrant background as well as the only person in the cabinet administration with an ethnic minority background. In 2007 she lost her position as the Ministry of Children and Equality halved its number of State Secretaries. Instead, Hadia Tajik, of Pakistani descent, was drafted into the cabinet administration as a political advisor, and later that year Manuela Ramin-Osmundsen became the first cabinet member with immigrant background. Norwegian Labour Party
The Labour Party ( nb, Arbeiderpartiet; nn, Arbeidarpartiet; A/Ap; se, Bargiidbellodat), formerly The Norwegian Labour Party ( no, Det norske Arbeiderparti, DNA), is a social-democratic political party in Norway. Østfold Politicians
Østfold is a traditional region, a former county and a current electoral district in southeastern Norway. It borders Akershus and southwestern Sweden (Västra Götaland County and Värmland), while Buskerud and Vestfold are on the other side of Oslofjord. The county's administrative seat was Sarpsborg. Second Cabinet Stoltenberg
Stoltenberg's Second Cabinet was the Government of Norway from 17 October 2005 to 16 October 2013. It was a coalition between the Labour Party, the Socialist Left Party and the Centre Party, known as the Red–Green Coalition. On 9 September 2013, the coalition was defeated in the 2013 election. The cabinet had ten members from the Labour Party, five from the Socialist Left Party and four from the Centre Party. It replaced Bondevik's Second Cabinet following the 2005 parliamentary election where the three parties won a majority in parliament.
