Kotwal Saab
''Kotwal Saab'' (Police Officer) is a 1977 Bollywood drama action film directed by Hrishikesh Mukherjee. An Amiya Arts production, it was produced by Pawan Kumar and had story by Bimal Dutt, with dialogue by Rahi Masoom Reza. The music director and lyricist was Ravindra Jain. The main stars were Shatrughan Sinha and Aparna Sen with a supporting cast consisting of Utpal Dutt, Asrani, David, Raza Murad, Sudhir and Ritu Kamal. Hrishikesh Mukherjee (30 September 1922 – 27 August 2006) was an Indian film director, editor and writer. He is regarded as one of the greatest filmmakers of Indian cinema. Popularly known as ''Hrishi-da'', he directed 42 films during his career spanning over four decades, and is named the pioneer of the 'middle cinema' of India. Renowned for his social films that reflected the changing middle-class ethos, Mukherjee "carved a middle path between the extravagance of mainstream cinema and the stark realism of art film, art cinema". Hemlata (born 16 August 1954) is an Indian classically trained playback singer in Bollywood. She is best known for her songs in the late 1970s, especially Ankhiyon Ke Jharokhon Se song. She was nominated for Filmfare Best Female Playback Award five times in the period of 1977–81 and won once for Chitchor in 1977 for her classical rendition of "Tu Jo Mere Sur Mein" which was duet with K.J. ''Immaan Dharam'' () is a 1977 Bollywood action drama film, written by Salim–Javed (Salim Khan and Javed Akhtar), directed by Desh Mukherjee and produced by Premji.
