Kostas Antetokounmpo
Konstantinos Ndubuisi "Kostas" Antetokounmpo ( ; el, Κωνσταντίνος Εντουμπουίσι "Κώστας" Αντετοκούνμπο, ; born Adetokunbo November 20, 1997) is a Greek professional basketball player who plays for the Fenerbahçe of the BSL and the EuroLeague. He played college basketball for the Dayton Flyers. Antetokounmpo was drafted 60th overall by the Philadelphia 76ers in the 2018 NBA draft, and his draft rights were then traded to the Dallas Mavericks. He won an NBA championship with the Los Angeles Lakers in 2020. His brothers Giannis, Thanasis and Alex are also professional basketball players. Early life and family Antetokounmpo was born in Sepolia in Athens, Greece. His parents were immigrants from Nigeria. The South Bay Lakers are an American professional basketball team in the NBA G League based in Los Angeles. Athanasios Rotimi "Thanasis" Antetokounmpo, (born Adetokunbo; July 18, 1992) is a Greek-Nigerian professional basketball player for the Milwaukee Bucks of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Listed at 6 feet and 7 inches, he plays the small forward and Power forward (basketball), power forward positions. Giannis Sina Ugo Antetokounmpo (born Adetokunbo; December 6, 1994) is a Greek-Nigerian professional basketball player for the Milwaukee Bucks of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Antetokounmpo's country of origin, in addition to his size, speed, strength, and ball-handling skills have earned him the nickname "Greek Freak". The LNB Pro A, currently known for sponsorship reasons as Betclic Élite, is the top-tier men's professional basketball league in France. The competition has existed since 1921.
