Koriša
Koriša ( sr-cyr, Кориша; sq, Korishë) is a village in the Prizren Municipality in southern Kosovo. Politics Korisha is self-administering locality and does not depend on the Prizren municipality. It is also the first town in Kosovo that send girls to academic schools. History The village of Koriša an old settlement with a well documented history. Prior to the Ottoman expansion into the region, Koriša was a large settlement that extended out into the Brešta ridge to the east of the village. The area surrounding the village had nine Serbian Orthodox sites including the Hermitage of St. Peter of Koriša and Monastery of St. Mark of Koriša scattered within the Brešta ridge. At the turn of the 20th century, the population demographics of Koriša changed. Koriša Bombing
On 15 May 1999, NATO aircraft bombed the village of Koriša, Kosovo during the NATO bombing of Yugoslavia. At least 87 civilians were killed and 60 wounded. NATO officials affirmed before and after the bombing that the bombing was on a legitimate military target. Aftermath After the bombing, Serbian officials took TV crews to the scene and later Serbian television showed scenes of devastation, bodies burned beyond recognition and charred tractors scattered at the scene of the attack. The Yugoslav government insisted that NATO had targeted civilians, while Kosovo Albanian survivors claimed that they had been set up by Yugoslav authorities as human shields so that they would be killed by NATO bombs. Kabash Mountain
Kabash is a mountain near Korisha in the Prizren Municipality of Kosovo. It is named after the Albanian Kabashi tribe, and is part of the wider Kabash Mountains chain (Bjeshkët e Kabashit) that belongs to the Sharr Mountains. It also holds the remains of the Saint Mark Koriški Monastery. Conservation Kabash Mountain is one of the protected areas of the Sharr Mountains designated as lands reserved for touristic development and sports/recreational activities, as well as grazing pastures and private properties for the local community that is located near the villages that border the National Park. Village

District Of Prizren
The Prizren District (Albanian: ''Rajoni i Prizrenit''; Turkish: ''Prizren ili'') is one of the seven districts of Kosovo. Its seat is in the city of Prizren. According to the 2011 Census, it has a population of 331,670 and an area of 2,024 square km (around 20% of the total area of Kosovo). Albanians form the majority of the district (85%). However, the district of Prizren is home to the biggest Bosniak and Turkish population in Kosovo, who make around 10% of the district's total population. A municipality ( sq, komuna, sr, / ) is the basic administrative division in Kosovo and constitutes the only level of power in local governance. There are 38 municipalities in Kosovo; 27 of which have an Albanian ethnic majority, 10 Serb and 1 Turkish. After the 2013 Brussels Agreement, signed by the governments of Kosovo and Serbia, an agreement was made to create a Community of Serb Municipalities, which would operate within Kosovo's legal framework.
