Korero Press is a London-based art book publisher. Its list of books mainly includes pop culture, street art, erotica and horror titles. It has published books by contemporary artists Ron English, Patrick J. Jones and Graham Humphreys. Korero Press distribute their books to traditional bricks and mortar bookshops, and sell directly from their website. Korero Press accepts submissions for publication, but its focus is on lowbrow and pop surrealism, pop culture and art, in particular kustom kulture, illustration, erotica and horror. Ron English (born June 6, 1959) is an American contemporary artist who explores brand imagery, street art, and advertising. Career English has produced images on the street, in museums, in movies, books and television. He coined the term POPaganda to describe a mash-up of high and low cultural touchstones, from superhero mythology to totems of art history, populated with his original characters, including MC Supersized, the obese fast-food mascot featured in the movie ''Super Size Me'', and Abraham Obama, the fusion of America's 16th and 44th Presidents. Other characters in English's paintings, billboards, and sculpture include three-eyed rabbits, cowgirls and grinning skulls – visual, with humorous undertones. Patrick Jones (born 1961) is a librarian and the author of realistic teen novels. Biography ''Chasing Tail Lights'' (2007)was a finalist in the YA category in the 2008 Minnesota Book Award. In 2006, he won lifetime achievement awards from both the Catholic Library Association, and the American Library Association. Jones is a frequent speaker at library conferences, having visited all fifty states, as well as in Canada, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. Graham Humphreys
Graham Humphreys is a British illustrator and visual artist best known for producing film posters. During the 1980s, Humphreys worked with Palace Pictures, producing publicity material for films including '' Dream Demon'', '' Basket Case'', '' The Evil Dead'', ''Evil Dead II'', the ''Nightmare on Elm Street'' series, '' Phenomena'' and ''Santa Sangre''. Kustom Kulture is a neologism used to describe the artworks, vehicles, hairstyles, and fashions of those who have driven and built custom cars and motorcycles in the United States of America from the 1950s through today. It was born out of the hot rod culture of Southern California of the 1960s. In the early days of hot rodding, many fashions and styles developed. Roberto Baldazzini (born August 18, 1958) is an Italian illustrator and comics artist who specializes in writing and illustrating black and white and full-color erotic comic books. He received a formal education in commerce, after which he took several art courses and, in 1980, he founded ''Pinguino'', for which he created the character Ronnie Fumoso, based on material that was written by Daniele Brolli. His first professional work was his illustration of Brolli's ''Alan Hassad'' series, which was published in Italian ''Orient Express'' comics magazine in 1980.
