Witold Leszczyński
Witold Leszczyński (16 August 1933 – 1 September 2007) was a Polish film director and screenwriter. In 1967 he graduated from the National Film School in Łódź. He directed over thirty films between 1959 and 2007. Most known for ''Żywot Mateusza'' (''Matthew's Days'') based on a novel by Norwegian writer Tarjei Vesaas, ''Konopielka'', adapted from the novel of Edward Redliński , ''Siekierezada'' based on a novel by Edward Stachura and many others films. He received numerous awards, including Grand Prix at the Polish Film Festival in 1986.Awards in 1986

Anna Seniuk
Anna Seniuk (born 17 November 1942, in Stanisławów) is a Polish actress. After World War II, together with other Poles from Stanisławów, she was forced by the Soviet government to leave her hometown, settling in the town of Zator, near Oświęcim. In 1964 Seniuk graduated from Państwowa Wyższa Szkoła Teatralna (Academy for the Dramatic Arts) in Kraków and debuted in the renowned Helena Modrzejewska (Old Theatre). In the early 1970s, she moved to Warsaw, where she played in several theatres. Since 2003, she has been working there at the National Theatre. Seniuk is known to Polish viewers mainly for her role of Magda Karwowska in the immensely popular 1970s Polish TV series ''Czterdziestolatek'' (The Forty-Year-Old). Tadeusz Chmielewski
Tadeusz Chmielewski (; 7 June 1927 – 4 December 2016) was a Polish film director, screenwriter and film producer, most notable for being one of the pioneers of popular Polish comedy. During World War II and until 1948, he was a soldier for the National Armed Forces and the Home Army. Biography Chmielewski was born in Tomaszów Mazowiecki and graduated from secondary school in Szczecin. He graduated from the National Film School in Łódź in 1954.
