Boris Kobe
Boris Kobe (9 October 1905 – 3 May 1981) was a Slovene architect, painter, and designer. Kobe was born in Ljubljana in 1905. He studied art at the Department of Architecture at what was then the University of Ljubljana Technical Faculty under Jože Plečnik and graduated in 1929. During the Second World War he was imprisoned in the Allach concentration camp. After the war he worked as an architect, painter, and designer in Ljubljana. He died in 1981. In the early 1940s, he arranged the area around Tivoli Pond and the children's playground next to it. Awards He received the Prešeren Award for his architecture, paintings, and designs in 1977. Gail Kobe (born Gabriella Kieliszewski; March 19, 1932 – August 1, 2013) was an American actress and television producer. Early years Kobe was born Gabriella Kieliszewski in Hamtramck, Michigan (near Detroit) to Benjamin and Theresa Kobe. She had one sister, Beatrice Kobe Adamski, who predeceased her. was a celebrity chef specializing in Italian cuisine, most notable as the "Iron Chef Italian" on the television series ''Iron Chef'', where he appeared wearing a chef's uniform decorated like the Italian Flag (green, white and red) and holding a tomato (in some episodes, an apple). Biography According to the ''Iron Chef'' storylines, Kobe was slated to be an Iron Chef in 1993, but was considered too young and immature. To fix this issue, he moved to Italy for about 4 years to train, becoming the fourth Iron Chef upon his arrival home.
