Ko Libong
Ko Libong is one of 550 islands in the Andaman Sea. Lying off the coast of Thailand, it is a sub-district of Kantang District, Trang Procince, which includes Mu Ko Libong Archipelago and a small section of the shoreline near Kantang. Geography Ko Libong, Trang's largest island, is 30 minutes by long-tail boat from Hat Yao Ban Chao Mai Pier. Less visited than neighbouring isles, Ko Libong is known for its flora and fauna as much as for its beaches. The island is home to a small Muslim fishing community and has a few resorts on its west coast beaches. On the east coast of Ko Libong at Laem Ju Hoi is a large area of mangroves protected by the Botanical Department as the Libong Archipelago Wildlife Reserve. Channel 8 (Thailand)
Channel 8 is a Thai digital television channel that broadcasts entertainment, foreign TV series, and sports. It is owned and operated by RS Vision Company Limited (a subsidiary of RS Group) . The channel is based in Bangkok, Thailand, where it is available on both C and KU bands. Channel 8 broadcasts popular events such as HBO World Championship Boxing plus domestic and self-produced programs. History Channel 8 began broadcasting on a satellite platform in December 2010. It officially launched as a 24-hour free-to-air television channel on 5 January 2011. On 17 August 2013, Channel 8 upgraded its production and broadcast equipment to high-definition. ASEAN Heritage Park
ASEAN Heritage Parks (AHP) are selected protected areas in the ASEAN region that are known for their unique biodiversity and ecosystems, wilderness and outstanding values in scenic, cultural, educational, research, recreational and tourism. Its vision is "An ASEAN region whose biological is conserved, sustainably managed and used, and equitably shared for the well-being of its peoples." Bandon Bay
Bandon Bay ( th, อ่าวบ้านดอน, , ) is a bay in the Gulf of Thailand in Surat Thani Province, extending from the Sui cape in Chaiya District in the northwest to Kanchanadit District to the east. The total coastline is about 100 km. The bay is dominated by the estuary of the rivers Tapi and Phum Duang. The islands of Ko Samui, Ko Pha Ngan and Ko Tao enclose the bay on its eastern side. The bay is relatively shallow, with water depths ranging from one to five meters. Ko Phra Thong
Ko Phra Thong ( th, เกาะพระทอง, ) is an island in Khura Buri District, Phang Nga Province, southern Thailand on the Andaman Sea. It has an area of and is separated from the mainland by a canal. The nearest town is Khura Buri, on the mainland about east. Ko Phra Thong is the middle link in a chain of three islands. It is largely flat with expanses of inland savanna. It has long uninhabited beaches, fringed by coconut palms. There have always been a number of special natural features of Ko Phra Thong Island. It fronts onto over eight kilometres of beach on the Andaman Sea and, in addition, over of beach on a bay containing small islands. Gastritis
Gastritis is inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It may occur as a short episode or may be of a long duration. There may be no symptoms but, when symptoms are present, the most common is upper abdominal pain (see dyspepsia). Other possible symptoms include nausea and vomiting, bloating, loss of appetite and heartburn. Complications may include stomach bleeding, stomach ulcers, and stomach tumors. When due to autoimmune problems, low red blood cells due to not enough vitamin B12 may occur, a condition known as pernicious anemia.
