Knut Stensholm
Knut Ragnar Stensholm (6 April 1954 – 15 July 2010) was a Norwegian drummer. He was a member of Sambandet, Åge Aleksandersen's backing band, from 1978 until the band was dissolved in 1987. Among other things, he contributed to the highly successful 1984 album ''Levva Livet''. Later he also played with the band Valley Boys together with Hans Rotmo Hans Per Rotmo (born 10 March 1948) is a Norwegian singer and songwriter, known by most Norwegians as the leading figure of 1970s folk-rock band Vømmøl Spellmannslag, and also known as the writer of hit songs like "Fire fine lænestola" and .... Sambandet
Sambandet is a Norwegian rock group and the backing band of Ã…ge Aleksandersen. Almost always referred to in that capacity they combined are known as Ã…ge Aleksandersen & Sambandet, and together they won the 1980 Spellemannprisen for ''Ramp'' as best rock album. The group's membership has varied throughout the years. Some of the members has been Steinar Krokstad, Skjalg Raaen, Terje Tranaas and Gunnar Pedersen. They recorded their first album in 1977 titled ''Lirekassa''. Their most known hit is "Lys og varme" from 1984. The group had roots from Prudence. Sambandet broke up after the Eldorado touring in 1987 but reunited in 2004. Ã…ge Aleksandersen
Åge Aleksandersen (born 21 March 1949 in Namsos, Norway) is a Norwegian singer, songwriter and guitarist. He is one of his country's best known singer/songwriters and musicians. Some of his most well known songs are "''Lys og varme''" (''Light and Warmth''), "''Fire pils og en pizza''" (''Four Pilseners and a Pizza'') and "''Rosalita''". He also wrote and performed the official song of the 1997 Nordic skiing World Championship (held in Trondheim) together with two other musicians from the region, Ulf Risnes and Bjarne Brøndbo and the Nidaros Cathedral Boys' Choir. The song was called "''Snørosa''" (''The Snowrose''). Aleksandersen has sold almost 1.5 million copies of his many albums in Norway alone. Valley Boys
A valley is an elongated low area often running between hills or mountains, which will typically contain a river or stream running from one end to the other. Hans Per Rotmo (born 10 March 1948) is a Norwegian singer and songwriter, known by most Norwegians as the leading figure of 1970s folk-rock band Vømmøl Spellmannslag, and also known as the writer of hit songs like "Fire fine lænestola" and the Christmas tune "Vårres jul". Rotmo sings in his own dialect, from the municipality of Verdal.
