Josef Klose
Josef Klose (born 3 October 1947) is a former Polish footballer. He is the father of former German national striker and 2014 World Cup winner Miroslav Klose. Josef Klose began his career at ''Energetyk Sławięcice''. From 1966 he was a forward for Odra Opole, winning the 1977 Polish League Cup and subsequently playing in the 1977–78 UEFA Cup. In November 1978, the year his son was born, he joined French side AJ Auxerre in Ligue 2. He helped them reach the 1979 Coupe de France final and win promotion in 1980 to Ligue 1, where he played 14 games, scoring twice. From 1981 to 1984, while already in his mid-thirties, he played for fourth league side FC Chalon. He is married to Barbara Jeż, a former member of the Poland women's national handball team. Kut Klose is an American Contemporary R&B, R&B trio (music), trio that formed in Atlanta, Georgia. The three female singers that made up the group were Athena Cage, Lavonn Battle and Tabitha Duncan. Timm Klose (born 9 May 1988) is a Swiss professional footballer who plays as a centre back, most recently for Championship club Bristol City and the Switzerland national team. Born in Frankfurt to a German father and Swiss mother, he was raised in Switzerland from the age of five. After playing in the youth teams of BSC Old Boys and FC Basel, he moved to FC Thun in 2009, and two years later joined the German club 1. FC Nürnberg. He played for VfL Wolfsburg from 2013 until he joined Norwich in 2016, where he has since made over 100 appearances. In January 2022, Klose signed for EFL Championship side Bristol City. Margarete Klose
Margarete Klose (6 August 1899 or 1902 – 14 December 1968) was a German operatic mezzo-soprano. Life Klose was born (as Frida Klose) and died in Berlin. She lost her father early in life and had to earn her living as a secretary, until a colleague recommended her to the Klindworth-Scharwenka conservatory, where she got a thorough musical education. Klose made her début in 1926 at the Theater Ulm in a supporting role of Emmerich Kálmán's operetta ''Countess Maritza''. Her next role was Azucena in Giuseppe Verdi's ''Il trovatore''. For the next three years Klose sang in Ulm and Kassel, before joining the Mannheim National Theatre in 1929. Kirsten Münchow (known as Kirsten Klose from 2002 until 2007; born 21 January 1977) is a German hammer thrower who won the Olympic bronze medal in 2000 with a personal best throw of 69.28 metres. This result followed the bronze medal she won at the 1998 European Athletics Championships.
