Kjorn Ottley
Kjorn Yohance Ottley (born in 9 December, 1989) is a Trinidadian cricketer who has played for both Trinidad and Tobago and the Combined Campuses and Colleges in West Indian domestic cricket. He made his international debut for the West Indies cricket team in January 2021. Career The older brother of Yannick Ottley, Kjorn Ottley made his debut in West Indian domestic competition for the Combined Campuses team, playing in the 2009–10 Regional Four Day Competition and WICB President's Cup. For the 2012–13 season, he switched to representing his home country, Trinidad and Tobago. Ottley came close to a maiden first-class century during the 2014–15 Regional Four Day Competition, making 99 from 173 balls in his team's second innings against Jamaica. He was the leading run-scorer for Combined Campuses and Colleges in the 2018–19 Regional Super50 tournament, with 306 runs in nine matches. Couva is an urban town (48,858 in 2011 census) in west-central Trinidad, south of Port of Spain and Chaguanas and north of San Fernando, Trinidad and Tobago, San Fernando and Point Fortin. It is the capital and main urban centre of Couva–Tabaquite–Talparo, and the Greater Couva area includes the Point Lisas Industrial Estate and the Port of Point Lisas. The 2018–19 Regional Super50 was the 45th edition of the Regional Super50, the domestic limited-overs cricket competition for the countries of the Cricket West Indies (CWI). The tournament started on 3 October 2018. The players' draft for the tournament took place in May 2018. The Windward Islands were the defending champions. In August 2018, both the United States national cricket team and the Canada national cricket team were invited to compete. Their participation was confirmed the following month. Barbados is an island country in the Lesser Antilles of the West Indies, in the Caribbean region of the Americas, and the most easterly of the Caribbean Islands. The Bangladesh men's national cricket team ( bn, বাংলাদেশ জাতীয় ক্রিকেট দল), popularly known as The Tigers, is administered by the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB). The West Indies cricket team toured Bangladesh in January and February 2021 to play two Tests and three One Day International (ODI) matches. The 2019–20 Regional Super50 was the 46th edition of the Regional Super50, the domestic limited-overs cricket competition for the countries of the Cricket West Indies (CWI). The tournament started on 6 November 2019, with the final taking place on 1 December 2019. The tournament featured the six regular teams of West Indian domestic cricket (Barbados, Guyana, Jamaica, the Leeward Islands, Trinidad and Tobago, and the Windward Islands), the Combined Campuses and Colleges team and the West Indies Emerging Team. 2019 Caribbean Premier League
The 2019 Caribbean Premier League (CPLT20) or for sponsorship reasons, Hero CPL 2019 was the seventh season of the Caribbean Premier League, the domestic Twenty20 cricket league in the West Indies. Matches were played in six countries – Trinidad and Tobago, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Guyana, Barbados, Jamaica and Saint Lucia. Originally, the tournament was scheduled to start on 21 August 2019. However, this was pushed back to 4 September 2019, to avoid clashing with India's tour to the West Indies. In August 2019, the St Lucia Stars franchise team was axed from the tournament, with the CPL looking to replace the team. They were later replaced by the returning St Lucia Zouks franchise.
