Flisa is the administrative centre of Åsnes Municipality in Innlandet county, Norway. The village lies at the confluence of the rivers Flisa and Glomma. The Norwegian National Road 2 and the Solørbanen railway line both pass through the village. The village of Kjellmyra is located about to the north of this village. Åsnes Church is located on the west side of Flisa. The village has a population (2021) of 1,712 and a population density of . Kunnskapsforlaget () is a Norwegian publishing company based in Oslo. Kunnskapsforlaget was established in 1975, as a partnership between H. Aschehoug & Co. (W. Nygaard) and Gyldendal Norsk Forlag. Flisa (river)
Flisa is a river in Innlandet county, Norway. The long river is a tributary of the large river Glomma. The river flows through the municipalities of Åsnes and Våler (although it has its originas in Elverum and Sweden). The river Flisa starts at the confluence of the rivers Ulvåa and Holåa on the border of Våler and Åsnes. It then flows to the south and west before joining the river Glomma just south of the village of Flisa. Some of the side rivers that join the Flisa are Vermundelv (from the lake Vermunden) and Kynna.
