Kiyoto Tsuji
is a Japanese politician and member of the House of Representatives, representing the Tokyo 2nd district. He is a member of the Liberal Democratic Party. Tsuji was born in Tokyo to a Japanese mother and Japanese-Canadian father. He lived in Vancouver from the ages of four to seventeen. He graduated from Kyoto University and worked for Recruit. After attending graduate school at Columbia University, he worked as a researcher at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, where he worked alongside future LDP lawmaker Shinjiro Koizumi. Yoshikatsu Nakayama
is a Japanese politician and former member of the House of Representatives for Tokyo 2nd district. He previously served in the House as a member of the Democratic Party of Japan, and now is a member of the Democratic Party for the People. Political career Nakayama graduated from the Sports Department of the Tokyo University of Education. After serving three terms in the (1979–1991) and two terms in the Tokyo Metropolitan Assembly (1993–1999) for the LDP, the NFP and finally the DPJ, he was elected to the House of Representatives in a 1999 by-election in Tokyo 2nd district. The seat had been vacated when Kunio Hatoyama (then DPJ) resigned for his unsuccessful campaign for governor of Tokyo. is a Japanese LDP-politician.
