Kitukutwe is a neighborhood in Kira Municipality, Kyaddondo County, Wakiso District, in Central Uganda. The National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) is a water supply and sanitation company in Uganda. It is wholly owned by the government of Uganda.
