Kito Junqueira
Heráclito Gomes Pizano, better known by the stage name Kito Junqueira (15 May 1948 – 23 August 2019), was a Brazilian actor and politician who served in the Legislative Assembly of São Paulo. Biography He was born in São Paulo on 15 May 1948 and was an alumnus of University of São Paulo and New York University. Kito Junqueira started his acting career in several telenovelas broadcast by TV Tupi, starting in 1973. Additionally he also acted in '' Espelho Mágico'', ''Vereda Tropical'', ''Pantanal'', '' Por Amor'', ''A Lei e o Crime'', and ''Chamas da Vida''. He also appeared several times as a guest on ''Você Decide''. He also starred in the film '' Eternamente Pagú'' and won several awards for his performance in ''Bent''. Junqueira died in Curitiba of a myocardial infarction during the early hours of 23 August 2019. ''Eternamente Pagú'' is a 1988 biopic about Patrícia Galvão, directed by Norma Bengell and starring Carla Camurati. Plot ''Eternamente Pagú'' is a biographical film about Patrícia Galvão, best known as Pagu, a Brazilian political, literary and artistic activist. An important figure of the Brazilian Modernism, Pagu was also a militant for the Brazilian Communist Party after she married writer Oswald de Andrade. Progressistas Politicians
Progressistas (; PP) is a centre-right to right-wing political party in Brazil. Founded in 1995 as the Brazilian Progressive Party, it emerged from parties that were successors to ARENA, the ruling party of the Brazilian military dictatorship. A pragmatist party, it supported the governments of presidents Fernando Henrique Cardoso, Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, Dilma Rousseff, and Michel Temer. Largely it was the party of the politics of Paulo Maluf, a former governor and mayor of São Paulo.
