Regional football federations of Ukraine is associated members of Football Federation of Ukraine in regions of Ukraine. In 2000, Football Federation of Ukraine created Council of Regions for the development of football in the regions throughout the country. It was dissolved in 2010. FC Inhulets-2 Petrove was the reserve team of professional Ukrainian football club Inhulets Petrove from the town of Petrove, Kirovohrad Oblast. FC Zirka Kropyvnytskyi ( uk, ФК "Зірка Кропивницький") is a Ukrainian amateur football club from Kropyvnytskyi, Kirovohrad Oblast, with its team currently playing in the Ukrainian Amateur League. The club traces its history of a football team that existed at the British factory of Elvorti (Elworthy) since 1911.
