Emmanuel Essuman Mensah (born September 29, 1989), known as Kingzkid, is a Ghanaian Christian hip hop recording artist and songwriter. He is the first African Gospel Musician to win the Gospel Academy Awards Best International Act 2019 award. Music career Kingzkid released his first album "Vindicated" in 2011 and "Metamorphosis" in 2014. He is the President of Gifted Music Records and Founder of "Amplified" a youth movement which also hosts an annual concert dubbed Amplified Concert which aims at winning souls for Christ. Gospel music is a traditional genre of Christian music, and a cornerstone of Christian media. The creation, performance, significance, and even the definition of gospel music varies according to culture and social context. Gospel music is composed and performed for many purposes, including aesthetic pleasure, religious or ceremonial purposes, and as an entertainment product for the marketplace. Nii Okai (Ernest Nii-Okai Okai, born September 19, 1977) is a Ghanaian Contemporary gospel singer and a choir leader. Micah Keith Stampley (born September 7, 1971) is an American gospel singer-songwriter and actor. Early life Micah Stampley was born on September 7, 1971 to Richard and Delmarie Stampley.
