King Street, Waterloo, Ontario
King Street, or Waterloo Regional Road 15, is the major northwest–southeast arterial road in Kitchener, Ontario, as well as Waterloo, Ontario, where it runs north–south. In Waterloo, King Street divides the city into east and west sides, and in Kitchener, it divides the city into north and south sides. At the Conestoga Parkway, in southern Kitchener, King Street becomes the Highway 8 Expressway. King Street "resumes" about four kilometres to the east, where Weber Street is renamed to King Street and then continues to Cambridge, Ontario. CIKZ-FM (106.7 MHz) is a commercial FM radio station in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada. The station airs a country format branded as ''Country 106.7'' and is owned by Rogers Sports & Media, which also owns sister stations CHYM-FM and CKGL. CIKZ's studios are at The Boardwalk in Kitchener. CIKZ-FM has an effective radiated power (ERP) of 1,700 watts (5,000 watts maximum). The transmitter is on Wilby Road near Wilmot Line in Wilmot, Ontario. History CIKZ was licensed to Larche Communications, the station's original owner, by the Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission in 2003. Conestoga Mall is a shopping mall located at 550 King Street North in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada. Located at King Street's interchange with the Conestoga Parkway, it is the largest shopping centre in Waterloo, and third-largest in Waterloo Region. The mall is owned and operated by the shopping centre development company Ivanhoé Cambridge, which is a principal real estate subsidiary of Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec. Conestoga Mall has over 130 stores and services. The mall has a Food Court featuring 14 vendors and a Galaxy Cinema. Anchor tenants include Hudson's Bay, Zehrs, Galaxy Cinemas, Winners, Sport Chek, Old Navy, and Shoppers Drug Mart . The Township of Woolwich is a rural township in Southwestern Ontario, Canada, considered as a municipality. The Township is located in the northeast part of Waterloo Region and is made up of 10 small communities, with Elmira, Ontario the largest and St. Jacobs, Ontario the second largest.
