''Kimble v. Marvel Entertainment, LLC'', 576 U.S. 446 (2015), is a significant decision of the United States Supreme Court for several reasons. Samuel Anthony Alito Jr. ( ; born April 1, 1950) is an American jurist who serves as an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, associate justice of the Supreme Court of the United States.
