Kim Yong-ok (born ) is a North Korean weightlifter, who competed in the 63 kg category and represented North Korea at international competitions. She participated at the 2000 Summer Olympics in the 63 kg event. Olympic weightlifting, or Olympic-style weightlifting (officially named Weightlifting), is a sport in which athletes compete in lifting a barbell loaded with weight plates from the ground to overhead, with each athlete trying to successfully lift the heaviest weights. The Women's Middleweight Weightlifting Event (63 kg) is the fourth women's weight class event at the weightlifting competition, limited to competitors with a maximum of 63 kilograms of body mass.
