Kim Suk-soo
Kim Suk-soo (born November 20, 1932) is a South Korean politician and attorney-at-law. Kim graduated from Paichai High School in 1952 and Yonsei University in 1956 with a bachelor's degree in law. After his service as a justice of the Supreme Court and chairman of the National Election Commission, Kim became the acting Prime Minister of South Korea from 2002 to 2003, during Kim Dae-Jung’s presidency. On April 25, 2013, he was elected as the head director of Yonsei University after Bang Woo-Young, a former chairman of ''The Chosun Ilbo ''The Chosun Ilbo'' (, ) is a daily newspaper in South Korea and the oldest daily newspaper in the country. Excellency
Excellency is an honorific style given to certain high-level officers of a sovereign state, officials of an international organization, or members of an aristocracy. Once entitled to the title "Excellency", the holder usually retains the right to that courtesy throughout their lifetime, although in some cases the title is attached to a particular office, and is held only for the duration of that office. Supreme Court Of Korea
The Supreme Court of Korea () is the highest ordinary court in the judicial branch of South Korea, seated in Seocho, Seoul. Established under Chapter 5 of the Constitution of South Korea, the Court has ultimate and comprehensive jurisdiction over all cases except those cases falling under the jurisdiction of the Constitutional Court of Korea. Kim Dae-Jung
Kim Dae-jung (; ; 6 January 192418 August 2009), was a South Korea, South Korean politician and activist who served as the eighth president of South Korea from 1998 to 2003. He was a 2000 Nobel Peace Prize recipient for his work for democracy and human rights in South Korea and in East Asia in general, and for peace and reconciliation with North Korea and Japan. He is also the only Korean to have won the Nobel Prize to date. He was sometimes referred to as "the Nelson Mandela of Asia". Kim was the first opposition candidate to win the presidency. The National Election Commission (; NEC) is independent constitutional institution in South Korea, established to manage free and fair elections, national referendums and other administrative affairs concerning political parties and funds.
