Kim Sook (born 19 September 1952) is a South Korean diplomat. He has been the Permanent Representative of the Republic of Korea to the United Nations in New York since 2011. Kim was educated at Seoul National University Seoul National University (SNU; ) is a national public research university located in Seoul, South Korea. The second woman to ever win the Grand Prize in Entertainment (대상), Kim Sook is one of the most sought after female comediennes that has broken barriers and paved the way for female entertainers in South Korea.
