Kim Jin-hyeok
Kim Jin-hyeok ( ko, 김진혁; born 15 May 1989 in Gyeongsangbuk-do) is an amateur South Korean Greco-Roman wrestler, who competes in the men's middleweight category. Kim represented South Korea at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, where he competed in the men's 74 kg class. Unfortunately, he lost his qualifying round match to Georgia's Zurabi Datunashvili, who was able to score six points in two straight periods, leaving Kim without a single point. Men's Greco-Roman 74 kilograms competition at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, United Kingdom, took place on 5 August at ExCeL London. This Greco-Roman wrestling competition consists of a single-elimination tournament, with a repechage used to determine the winner of two bronze medals. The two finalists face off for gold and silver medals. Each wrestler who loses to one of the two finalists moves into the repechage, culminating in a pair of bronze medal matches featuring the semifinal losers each facing the remaining repechage opponent from their half of the bracket. Each bout consists of up to three rounds, lasting two minutes apiece. The wrestler who scores more points in each round is the winner of that rounds; the bout ends when one wrestler has won two rounds (and thus the match). 2022 World Wrestling Championships
The 2022 World Wrestling Championships was the 17th edition of the World Wrestling Championships of combined events and was held between 10 and 18 September 2022 in Belgrade, Serbia. The UWW Bureau approved the candidature of Belgrade, Serbia as the host of the 2023 Senior World Championships. However, due to the restrictions on Russia for hosting World Championships in 2021–2022, Belgrade replaced the former city of Krasnoyarsk as the World Championships host for 2022. For 2023 the World Championships host will be reallocated to Russia. In addition, Russian and Belarusian athletes have been banned from 2022 World Championships. Zurabi Datunashvili ( ka, ზურაბ დათუნაშვილი, sr, / ; born 18 June 1991) is a Georgian-born Serbian former Greco-Roman wrestler who competed in the men's middleweight category. Career He won a silver medal in the same weight division at the 2013 European Wrestling Championships, coincidentally in his home city Tbilisi, losing out to defending Olympic champion Roman Vlasov of Russia.
