Kim Ga-eul
Kim Ga-Eul ( ko, 김 가을; born January 17, 1997, in Pohang) is a South Korean swimmer, who specialized in long-distance freestyle events. She is a finalist in the 800 m freestyle at the 2010 Asian Games in Guangzhou. Kim qualified for the women's 400 m freestyle, as South Korea's youngest swimmer (aged 15), at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, by eclipsing a FINA B-standard entry time of 4:15.01 from the Dong-A Swimming Tournament in Ulsan. She challenged seven other swimmers on the second heat, including three-time Olympian Kristel Köbrich of Chile. Freestyle Swimming
Freestyle is a category of swimming competition, defined by the rules of the International Swimming Federation (FINA), in which competitors are subject to a few limited restrictions on their swimming stroke. Freestyle races are the most common of all swimming competitions, with distances beginning with 50 meters (50 yards) and reaching 1500 meters (1650 yards), also known as the mile. Lynette Lim Shu En (Lim Shu-En, zh, 林淑恩 , born 25 April 1992) is an Olympic freestyle swimmer from Singapore.
