Kifah Jayyousi
Kifah Jayyousi, is a Jordanian-born United States citizen, tried and convicted alongside Jose Padilla and Adham Hassoun in 2007 of conspiracy to murder, kidnap and maim overseas. He was sentenced to a prison term of twelve years and eight months."Padilla sentenced on terror charges." NBC News. Jayyousi and his wife are both US citizens and are the parents of five US children. He has served in the US Navy and was honorably discharged in 1988. Adham Hassoun
Adham Amin Hassoun is a convict formerly incarcerated in the United States as a conspirator of José Padilla, an American initially held as an enemy combatant for supplying aid to terrorists. Hassoun, a Lebanese-born Palestinian who first moved to the United States in the late 1980s, was first arrested in 2002 for overstaying his visa. In August 2007, he was convicted, along with Padilla, of conspiracy and material support charges and sentenced to a prison term of 15 years, 8 months. Hassoun had been a computer programmer and resident of Broward County, Florida. It is located in downtown Miami, at the corner of Northeast Fourth Street and North Miami Avenue. A prisoner (also known as an inmate or detainee) is a person who is deprived of liberty against their will. This can be by confinement, captivity, or forcible restraint. The term applies particularly to serving a prison sentence in a prison. English law "Prisoner" is a legal term for a person who is imprisoned. In section 1 of the Prison Security Act 1992, the word "prisoner" means any person for the time being in a prison as a result of any requirement imposed by a court or otherwise that he be detained in legal custody.
