''Kickin' and Screamin is the fourth studio album by American rapper Krizz Kaliko, released on May 15, 2012. It debuted at #43 on the Billboard 200, ''Billboard'' 200, making it his most successful album. Background Krizz Kaliko first announced the title of his album in early 2011. After the release of Tech N9ne, Tech N9ne's EP ''Klusterfuk'', Strange Music began to reveal information on the upcoming album by Krizz Kaliko. On March 15, 2012, Krizz Kaliko contacted rapper Hopsin through Twitter for a collaboration for the album. Several days later, Hopsin responded and agreed to collaborate for the album. On April 3, 2012, a pre-order for the album was released. The pre-order includes the free download of the album's bonus track, "Bad Man" featuring Oobergeek. Revealed features for the album include Tech N9ne, Wrekonize and Bernz of ¡Mayday!, Twiztid, Chamillionaire, Twista, T-Pain and Rittz. Krizz Kaliko
Samuel William Christopher Watson IV (born March 7, 1974), better known by his stage name Krizz Kaliko, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and voice actor. He is a longtime collaborator with fellow hometown native Tech N9ne and was signed to Strange Music from its inception in 1999 up to forming his own label Ear House Inc. in 2021. Career Krizz Kaliko began his musical career in the late 1990s when he began working with local producer IcyRoc Kraven. Another local rapper by the name of Tech N9ne was also collaborating with IcyRoc at the time, which led to the two rappers meeting. At the time, Tech N9ne was working on a song titled "Who You Came To See" and Kaliko made a comment that the song could have a better hook. Tech offered up the opportunity to prove his case, and Tech was blown away when Kaliko did. Marcus Jamal Hopson (born July 18, 1985), known professionally as Hopsin, is an American rapper, songwriter, and record producer from Los Angeles. In 2007, he was signed to Ruthless Records, and had founded his own record label, Funk Volume, in 2009. He would then go on to found another record label, Undercover Prodigy, in 2016. Steven T. Shippy, better known by his stage name Prozak, is an American independent rapper and film director from Saginaw, Michigan. He's a member of the group Project:Deadman with Mike E.
