Kherson Oblast ( uk, Херсо́нська о́бласть, translit=Khersónsʹka óblastʹ, ), also known as Khersonshchyna ( uk, Херсо́нщина, ), is an oblast (province) in southern Ukraine, currently claimed and partly occupied by Russia. FFU Council Of Regions
Regional football federations of Ukraine is associated members of Football Federation of Ukraine in regions of Ukraine. In 2000, Football Federation of Ukraine created Council of Regions for the development of football in the regions throughout the country. It was dissolved in 2010. Description There are 24 active members, while membership of other 3 association is suspended due to the 2014 Russian invasion of Ukraine. Each region conducts its own championship, while most of them has also the second and the third tiers of league competitions. FC Enerhiya Nova Kakhovka
Enerhiya Nova Kakhovka was a Ukrainian professional football team from Nova Kakhovka in Kherson oblast. The club competed in the Ukrainian Second League since 2010. History The club was founded in 1952 on the basis of worker's collective on the hydroelectrical station that is on the Dnipro River (Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant). Between 1957-1991, the club was administered by the local Electrical Machine Works. As club has won the regional oblast championship of Kherson 17 times and 15 times were Oblast Cup champions. Krystal Kherson is a professional football club from Kherson in Ukraine that has a long history in the Soviet and then the Ukrainian Leagues.
