Zakia Khattabi (Arabic: ; born 15 January 1976) is a Belgian-Moroccan politician who was the co-president of the Ecolo party. Khattabi was born in Saint-Josse-ten-Noode in Brussels to Moroccan parents. She studied at Université libre de Bruxelles. She believes in political ecology and is a feminist activist which led to her joining the Ecolo party. , she serves as federal Minister of Climate, Environment, Sustainable Development and Green Deal in the De Croo Government led by Prime Minister Alexander De Croo. Fadila Khattabi (born 23 February 1962) is a French politician of Renaissance (RE) who has been serving as Secretary of State in charge of People with Disabilities in the government of successive Prime Ministers Élisabeth Borne and Gabriel Attal since 2023. Ali Elkhattabi ( ar, علي الخطّابي; born 17 January 1977) is a former professional footballer. Born in the Netherlands, Elkhattabi gained 10 caps for Morocco, making his debut in 1997. Club career Elkhattabi began his professional career in the 1995–96 season with Sparta Rotterdam. After one season, he moved to Heerenveen. He proved to be an efficient goalscorer in his first matches at the club, spawning interest from several top clubs in the Netherlands. Three years later, Elkhattabi would, however, return to Sparta, where he scored 36 goals in 75 matches, striking up a partnership in attack with Bram Marbus. He and his brother M'Hammad led a large-scale revolt by a coalition of Riffian tribes against French and Spanish colonization of the Rif, in Morocco.
