Khalid Al-Ghamdi
Khalid Al-Ghamdi ( ar, خالد الغامدي; born 28 March 1988) is a Saudi Arabian former professional footballer who played as a right back. He started his career at Al-Qadsiah before joining Al-Nassr in 2011. He also played for Al-Raed, Al-Faisaly, and Al-Shabab. On 23 June 2023, it was announced that Al-Ghamdi had retired from football and was appointed as part of Al-Shabab's backroom staff. Khobar
Khobar ( ar, ٱلْخُبَر, translit=al-Khobar) is a city and governorate in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, situated on the coast of the Persian Gulf. With a population of 457,748 as of 2017, Khobar is part of the 'Triplet Cities' area, or Dammam metropolitan area along with Dammam and Dhahran, forming the residential core of the region. The city was founded alongside Dammam by the Dawasir who moved there in 1923 fearing British persecution with the permission of King Abdulaziz Al Saud. Khobar experienced rapid growth during and after the discovery of oil in Saudi Arabia as it served as the port for the oil exports of Saudi Aramco in the company's early days. Traditionally, Khobar has also been a city of shopkeepers and merchants, and today has several shopping malls in and around it. 2014–15 Saudi Professional League
The 2014–15 Saudi Professional League (known as the Abdul Latif Jameel Professional League for sponsorship reasons) was the 39th season of the Saudi Professional League, the top Saudi professional league for association football clubs, since its establishment in 1976. The season began on 8 August 2014 and ended on 18 May 2015. Al-Nassr were the defending champions having won their sixth title last season. The league was contested by the 12 teams from the 2013–14 season as well as Al-Khaleej and Hajer, who joined as the promoted clubs from the 2013–14 First Division. They replace Al-Ettifaq and Al-Nahda who were relegated to the 2014–15 First Division. 2013–14 Saudi Crown Prince Cup
The 2013–14 Saudi Crown Prince Cup was the 39th season of the Saudi Crown Prince Cup since its establishment in 1957. This season's competition featured a total of 30 teams, 14 teams from the Pro League, and 16 teams from the First Division. For the first time, the Crown Prince Cup tournament was contested by 30 teams, having been expanded from the 16-team format used since 1991. Under the new format, last season's finalists received a bye to the Round of 16 while the remaining 28 teams entered at the preliminary stage. Al-Hilal were the six-time defending champions, but lost in the final against Al-Nassr, who won their third Crown Prince Cup title and first since 1974. The Saudi Crown Prince's Cup ( ar, كأس ولي العهد) was the Saudi Arabian annual cup competition. It was the oldest domestic football competition in Saudi Arabia, its first edition was held in 1956–57, but was not crowned from 1975 until 1990. The competition consists of teams from the top two tiers of Saudi league football (Professional League and First Division League), as well as the competition runs from August until February. The season started on 30 August 2018 and concluded on 16 May 2019. Al-Hilal were the defending champions after winning the Pro League last season for the 15th time. Al-Wehda and Al-Hazem have entered as the promoted teams from the 2017–18 Prince Mohammad bin Salman League. The 2017–18 Saudi Professional League (also known formerly as a Jameel League for sponsorship reasons), was the 42nd season of the Saudi Professional League, the top Saudi professional league for association football clubs, since its establishment in 1976. The season started on 10 August 2017 and concluded on 12 April 2018. Al-Hilal were the defending champions after winning the Pro League last season for the 14th time. Al-Fayha and Ohod have entered as the promoted teams from the 2016–17 Saudi First Division.
