Charles Edward Keyser
Charles Edward Keyser DL FSA (10 September 1847 – 23 May 1929) was a British stockbroker and authority on English church architecture. In his later life, he became Lord of the Manor of Aldermaston in the English county of Berkshire. Biography Charles Keyser was born in Paddington, London, to financier Charles Keyser (d. 1892) and Margaret Blore (daughter of Edward Blore). Keyser attended Eton College, before studying Law at Trinity College, Cambridge. He gained his B. A. in 1870 and his MA in 1873. Keyser joined Colne Valley Water, becoming the chairman. At this time, he lived at Warren House in Stanmore with his sister, Agnes. Leaving Warren House in approximately 1890, Keyser bought Merry Hill House in Bushey. Johan Michael Keyser
Johan Michael Keyser (15 January 1749–1 December 1810) was a Norwegian theologian and priest. He served as the Bishop of the Diocese of Christianssand from 1805 until his death in 1810. Personal life Keyser was born on 15 January 1749 in Bragernes in Drammen, Norway to the businessman Christen Nielsen and his wife Anna Rosine Keyser. His mother was from the Keyser family from Frankfurt am Main. When Johan was young, he became an orphan and was raised by his maternal grandmother, which is why Johan took his mother's maiden name as his last name. He was married twice. Jason Keyser is an American extreme metal vocalist. Keyser joined death metal band Skinless as their new frontman in November 2004. Jason has released one album with Skinless (''Trample the Weak, Hurdle the Dead'', 2006) and another album with Detriment (''Plague Rituals'', 2004). Jacques Keyser (12 October 1885 – 21 March 1954) was a middle-distance runner. Born in Paris, he was the son of a Dutch father and Belgian mother, and could compete for both France and the Netherlands. Keyser took part in the International Cross Country Championships in 1907 and 1911–1913 and won individual and team medals in 1913; his teams placed fourth in other three championships. Gerard Pieter (Gerrit) Keizer (8 August 1910 – 5 December 1980), also known as Gerard Keyser, was a Dutch footballer who played as a goalkeeper. Keizer was highly successful in Holland whilst playing with AFC Ajax. He was also the original "Flying Dutchman" at English side Arsenal, whom he helped to their first league title in English football. Club career Keizer joined Ajax Amsterdam at the age of 16, and two years later made his debut for the side, against Stormvogels on 1 April 1929. For the first few years of his career he deputised for Ajax's No. 1 Jan de Boer. In 1930, he made a move to England. Keizer at first played as an amateur for Kent side Margate. At the time Margate acted as a nursery club for London club Arsenal, and soon Keizer was spotted by Arsenal's manager, Herbert Chapman. Ernest Wise Keyser (1876-1959) was an American sculptor born in Baltimore, Maryland on December 10, 1876. He studied at the Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore and at the Art Students League in New York City and at the Académie Julian and with Denys Puech in Paris. Robert J. Collier, publisher of ''Collier's Weekly'' magazine and president of the Aero Club of America, commissioned Keyser to make the ''Aero Club of America Trophy'' in 1911. Renamed the Robert J. Erich Keyser
Erich Keyser (12 October 1893 – 21 February 1968) was a Nazi activist and far-right nationalist historian connected with the anti-Polish ideology of Ostforschung and the racist Volkisch movement. He supported German expansion in Central and Eastern Europe and was involved with the planning of ethnic cleansing by the Third Reich during the Second World War. After 1945 he exploited the Cold War to promote the interests of German nationalism and chauvinism in his historical writing. Early life Keyser studied history in Freiburg, Halle (Saale), Halle and Berlin. He published his doctoral thesis in 1918, which dealt with the earliest settlement and economic history of Danzig. Ephraim Keyser (October 6, 1850 in Baltimore, Maryland – January 26, 1937) was an American sculptor. Biography He was educated at the City College of Baltimore and studied art in the Maryland Academy of Arts in 1871-72. He went to Munich in 1872 and studied under Widmann in the Academy of Fine Arts, where he won a silver medal for a bronze statue of a page. He remained there until 1876, when he moved to Berlin, and entered the studio of Albert Wolff, under whose guidance he modeled a figure of Psyche, for which he gained the Michael Beer prize, enabling him to spend a year in Italy. In 1880 he settled in Rome, Italy, where he maintained a studio for six years and where he received a prize for the statue of Psyche. Donald Willis Keyser (born 17 July 1943) retired from the United States Department of State in September 2004 after a 32-year career. He had been a member of the Senior Foreign Service since 1990, and held Washington-based ambassadorial-level assignments 1998–2004. Throughout his career he focused on U.S. policy toward East Asia, particularly China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Japan and the Korean Peninsula. Keyser attended the University of Maryland, the Stanford Inter-University Center in Taiwan, George Washington University, and the National War College. He joined the State Department in 1972, and has held a number of senior posts relating to East Asian affairs. He is fluent in Chinese. Christopher Adam Keyser (born 1960) is an American producer and writer of primetime dramas. He is best known for creating the television series '' The Society'' and ''Party of Five''. Early life Keyser was born to a Jewish family on Long Island, New York. He attended Harvard College and Harvard Law School in Cambridge, Massachusetts. In college, he was the president of the Harvard University Debate Council. Keyser became involved in theater during his last two years at Harvard College, appearing in a number of theatrical productions.
