Keyon Nash
DeRodrick "Keyon" Nash (born March 11, 1979) is an American football Safety (American football position), safety who was drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the 2002 NFL Draft. He played college football at Albany State University, Albany State. He has also been a member of the Rhein Fire (NFL Europe), Rhein Fire and Toronto Argonauts. Early years Nash attended Miller County High School in Colquitt, Georgia. Professional career Oakland Raiders Nash was drafted by the Oakland Raiders in the sixth round (189th overall) of the 2002 NFL Draft. Toronto Argonauts Nash signed with the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League on April 26, 2007, but was released on June 19, 2007. Colquitt is a city in Miller County, in the southwestern portion of the U.S. state of Georgia. The population was 1,992 at the 2010 census. Colquitt is the county seat of Miller County, a role it has held since just after Miller County was created by the Georgia Legislature in 1856. The city formally incorporated on December 19, 1860, and is Miller County's only incorporated municipality. The 2002 NFL draft was the 67th annual meeting of National Football League (NFL) franchises to select newly eligible football players. The draft is known officially as the "NFL Annual Player Selection Meeting" and has been conducted annually since 1936.
