Kevon Harris (basketball)
Kevon Harris (born June 24, 1997) is an American professional basketball player for the Orlando Magic of the National Basketball Association (NBA) on a two-way contract with the Osceola Magic of the NBA G League. Harris played college basketball at Stephen F. Austin. Early life and high school Harris was born and grew up in Ellenwood, Georgia and attended Martin Luther King Jr. High School. As a senior, he averaged 15.8 points and 11.8 rebounds per game and led the team to a 24–6 record and the Class 5A state semifinal. After high school, Harris completed a postgraduate year at DME Academy in Daytona Beach, Florida. He signed with Stephen F. Austin for college basketball over offers from Utah State, Texas A&M and UT-Arlington. The Hrvatski Telekom Premijer liga ( en, Hrvatski Telekom Premier League, ), also known as HT Premijer liga or simply Premijer liga, is the first tier level men's professional basketball league in Croatia. The January 2021 NBA G League draft was the 20th draft of the NBA G League. The draft, originally scheduled to be held in October 2020 prior to the 2020–21 NBA G League season, 2020–21 G League season, was postponed until January 11, 2021 due to concerns caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. The 2020–21 season was also delayed, instead starting in February 2021. The draft was originally scheduled to be held at Barclays Center in Brooklyn on June 25, but due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, it was instead conducted at ESPN's facilities in Bristol, Connecticut, with the event held via videoconferencing. Thomas Walkup
Thomas Ryan Walkup (born December 30, 1992) is an American professional basketball player for Olympiacos of the Greek Basket League and the EuroLeague. He played college basketball for Stephen F. Austin State University. Walkup was named Southland Conference Player of the Year for two consecutive seasons (2015 and 2016). Before playing at the college level, he attended Deer Park High School in Deer Park, Texas. Walkup is a native of Pasadena, Texas. The UT Arlington Mavericks men's basketball team is an NCAA Division I college basketball team competing in the Western Athletic Conference. A postgraduate (PG) year is an extra year of secondary coursework at a boarding school following high school graduation, but before entering college. It is a gap year option intended for students who either have not applied or were not admitted to college. At most schools, postgraduate students are integrated with the senior class, where they are able to participate in the same activities and sports, as well as living and eating arrangements, as the seniors. In the United States, most of the programs are in New England. They started around the 1960s and were sponsored by the U.S. military academies, who would accept students after the one-year program.
