Kevin Yagher (born June 23, 1962) is an American special effects technician, known for Freddy Krueger's makeup and The Crypt Keeper creature. Career His company, Kevin Yagher Productions, has created effects for '' A Nightmare on Elm Street 2: Freddy's Revenge'', '' A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors'', '' A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master'', ''Face/Off'', ''Enemy of the State'', ''Volcano'', ''Starship Troopers'', ''Conspiracy Theory'', ''Radio Flyer'', '' Mission: Impossible 2'', and ''Honey, I Blew Up the Kid''. Yagher's other credits include ''Tales from the Crypt'', and '' Child's Play'', where he met his wife, Catherine Hicks. He is the designer and executor of the Chucky doll. Lawrence is the county seat of Douglas County, Kansas, Douglas County, Kansas, United States, and the sixth-largest city in the state. ''Tales from the Crypt'', sometimes titled ''HBO's Tales from the Crypt'', is an American horror anthology television series that ran from June 10, 1989, to July 19, 1996, on the premium cable channel HBO for seven seasons with a total of 93 episodes. John James Rambo (born July 6, 1947) is a fictional character in the ''Rambo'' franchise. Alan Smithee (also Allen Smithee) is an official pseudonym used by film directors who wish to disown a project. Coined in 1968 and used until it was formally discontinued in 2000, it was the sole pseudonym used by members of the Directors Guild of America (DGA) when directors, dissatisfied with the final product, proved to the satisfaction of a guild panel that they had not been able to exercise creative control over a film.
