Kevin Walker is a British comics artist and illustrator, based in Leeds, who worked mainly on '' 2000 AD'' and ''Warhammer'' comics and the collectible card game ''Magic: The Gathering''. He is now working for Marvel Comics. Biography Walker began his career in 1987 working on ''Future Shocks'' in ''2000 AD'', and followed this up with work on some of the anthology comic's most popular long-running stories, including ''Judge Dredd'', ''Rogue Trooper'' (inking Steve Dillon's pencils), the ''ABC Warriors'' and ''Judge Anderson''. During this period Walker also wrote a number of stories including '' Daemonifuge'' and '' The Inspectre'', often with co-author Jim Campbell. In reviewing ''Daemonifuge: The Screaming Cage'', critic Don D'Ammassa wrote, "The artwork is for the most part excellent." Kevin Michael Walker (born September 20, 1976) is an American professional baseball coach and former relief pitcher. He is currently the bullpen coach for the Boston Red Sox of Major League Baseball (MLB). He played in MLB for the San Diego Padres, San Francisco Giants, and Chicago White Sox. The native of Irving, Texas, was listed as tall and during his pitching career; he threw and batted left-handed. Playing career Walker attended Grand Prairie High School in Texas. He was drafted by the San Diego Padres in the sixth round of the 1995 MLB draft and made his major league debut on April 14, 2000. On March 31, 2004, Walker was claimed off waivers by the San Francisco Giants. He became a free agent after the season and signed with the Chicago White Sox on November 23, 2004.
