Kevin Alan Thomas (born July 27, 1964) is an American former professional American football, football Center (gridiron football), center in the National Football League (NFL) who played for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He also played for Arizona Rattlers in the Arena Football League (AFL) and was a member of the Seattle Seahawks. He played college football at Arizona State University. Center or Centre (C) is a position in gridiron football. The center is the innermost Lineman (American football), lineman of the offensive line on a football team's Offense (sports), offense. The center is also the player who passes (or "Snap (gridiron football), snaps") the ball between his legs to the quarterback at the start of each Play from scrimmage, play. The importance of centers for a football team has increased, due to the re-emergence of 3–4 defenses. The ''Tucson Citizen'' was a daily newspaper in Tucson, Arizona. It was founded by Richard C. McCormick with John Wasson as publisher and editor on October 15, 1870, as the ''Arizona Citizen''. When it ceased printing on May 16, 2009, the daily circulation was approximately 17,000, down from a high of 60,000 in the 1960s. The Arena Football League (AFL) was a professional arena football league in the United States.
