Kevin Robinson (hurler)
Kevin Robinson (born 1955) is an Irish people, Irish retired hurling, hurler who played as a midfielder for the Kilkenny GAA, Kilkenny senior team. Robinson joined the team during the All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship 1975, 1975 championship and was a senior panelist for just two seasons. An All-Ireland medalist in the All-Ireland Minor Hurling Championship, All-Ireland minor and All-Ireland Under-21 Hurling Championship, All-Ireland Under-21 hurling championships, he had little success at senior level. O'Loughlin Gaels GAA
O'Loughlin Gaels is a Gaelic Athletic Association club situated in the St. John’s parish of Kilkenny city, County Kilkenny, Ireland. History The club was founded in 1969, replacing the St. John’s Hurling Club that started back in 1887. O'Loughlin Gaels are one of the most successful Kilkenny clubs of the new millennium, winning county titles in 2001 and 2003. In 2003, they went on to claim their first Leinster senior title. In January 2011, they claimed their second Leinster title after a 0-14 to 1-8 win against Oulart-the-Ballagh in the final. The club was named AIB Club of the Year in 1983. Brian Cody
Brian Cody (born 12 July 1954) is an Irish former hurling manager and player and retired schoolmaster. He managed the senior Kilkenny county team between 1998 and 2022, becoming the county's longest-serving manager and most successful in terms of major titles won. Cody is regarded as the greatest manager in the history of the game. Cody was appointed manager of the Kilkenny senior team on 16 November 1998 and led Kilkenny through a period of unprecedented provincial and national dominance, winning 43 major honours. These include eleven All-Ireland Senior Hurling Championship titles, including a record-equalling four-in-a-row between 2006 and 2009, seventeen Leinster Senior Hurling Championship titles in twenty three seasons, ten National Hurling League titles (among which were five league-championship doubles) and seven Walsh Cups.
