Kevin McCabe is an English property businessman. Business career Scarborough Group A native of Sheffield, McCabe set up the property company Scarborough Group in 1980. Since then McCabe and his family's ownership of the Scarborough group has branched out into the Far East and China. The group owns Forsyth plc, which runs serviced office operations across the UK including the Blades Enterprise Centre at Sheffield United F.C ground, the Blades' home in Sheffield, and also a 20% stake in both Frasers Property (UK) Ltd and FairBriar Holdings Ltd. In June 2007, McCabe sold his entire 60 per cent stake in Scamp Holdings Ltd, a subsidiary company of his Scarborough group which owned a real estate investment management operation, together with a significant portfolio of real estate across Europe, to the Australian company, Valad for £850 million. Kevin McCabe (economist)
Kevin McCabe is an American economist and economic theorist. He works in the fields of experimental economics, neuroeconomics and the study of human trust and decision making. Biography McCabe spent his early career at the University of Arizona where he began collaborating with Vernon Smith, co-winner of the 2002 Nobel Prize in Economics (with Daniel Kahneman). He received his BS in Economics in 1976 from Villanova University and PhD in 1985 from the University of Pennsylvania. He did post-doctoral studies at Washington University in St. Louis with Douglass North. McCabe is currently professor of Economics, Law, and Neuroscience, and director of the Center for the Study of Neuroeconomics at George Mason University. He is a senior investigator at the Krasnow Institute for Advanced Study, the Interdisciplinary Center for Economic Science, and the Mercatus Center. Kevin McCabe (born 1960) is a former Gaelic footballer who played for the Clonoe club and the Tyrone county team. Nickname cCabeHe has the distinction of being Tyrone's first ever All Star award winner in 1980. He was also part of the first Tyrone team to make it to the All-Ireland Final in 1986. Kevin Richard McCabe (born November 12, 1984) is a former American football quarterback who played two seasons in the Arena Football League (AFL) with the Cleveland Gladiators and Pittsburgh Power. He played college football at the University of Virginia and California University of Pennsylvania. McCabe was also a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League (NFL). Early years McCabe played high school football at Pine-Richland High School in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He completed 123 of 196 passes for 2,179 yards and 30 touchdowns his senior year while leading his team to a school-record 12 wins and the WPIAL Class AAA final. He was also named All-Section his sophomore and junior years. McCabe completed 79 of 131 pass attempts for 1,053 yards and 13 touchdowns as a junior.
