Kevin Gage (actor)
Kevin Gage (born May 26, 1959) is an American character actor known for his role in the crime film ''Heat'' (1995), in which he portrayed the murderous rogue criminal Waingro. Other roles of his have included United States Navy SEALs instructor Max Pyro in the military film ''G.I. Jane'' (1997), and Detective Mike Gage in the police thriller '' Strangeland'' (1998). Personal life Gage was married to late actress Kelly Preston from 1985 to 1987. On July 30, 2003, Gage was sentenced to 41 months in federal prison, starting September 29, 2003, for cultivating marijuana despite owning a California-issued license for medicinal marijuana. ''Ricky 6'' is a 2000 American-Mexican-Canadian film co-production loosely based on the life of Ricky Kasso, a suburban teenager accused of Satanism and murder in the 1980s. The film was written and directed by Peter Filardi, and based on the 1987 book, "Say You Love Satan" by David St. Clair. Vincent Kartheiser played the disturbed protagonist, renamed Ricky Cowen, in the film. The movie also stars Chad Christ, Patrick Renna, Sabine Singh and Emmanuelle Chriqui. The film won the Audience Prize at the Fantasia Film Festival in 2000. , it has yet to be released in either theaters or on video. ''Laid to Rest'' is a 2009 American slasher film written and directed by Robert Green Hall. It was followed by a 2011 sequel entitled '' ChromeSkull: Laid to Rest 2''.
