Kevin Campbell (baseball)
Kevin Wade Campbell (born December 6, 1964) is an American former professional baseball player. He played as a right-handed pitcher in Major League Baseball from 1991 to 1995 for the Oakland Athletics and the Minnesota Twins. Campbell attended the University of Arkansas, and in 1984 he played collegiate summer baseball with the Cotuit Kettleers of the Cape Cod Baseball League. He earned a win in the 1986 College World Series. That June, he was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 5th round of the 1986 amateur draft. Kevin Campbell (footballer)
Kevin Joseph Campbell (born 4 February 1970) is an English former professional footballer, sports television pundit and co-commentator. He was a striker, who featured in the Premier League for Arsenal, Nottingham Forest, Everton and West Bromwich Albion. He also played in the Turkish Süper Lig for Trabzonspor, and in the Football League for Leyton Orient, Leicester City and Cardiff City. He was capped four times by England U21, scoring once and received a call-up to the England B in 1991 where he earned one cap. Club career Arsenal Campbell began his career as a trainee with Arsenal, joining the club on schoolboy forms in 1985. He was prolific for Arsenal's Academy, scoring 59 goals in one season. Campbell also won the FA Youth Cup of 1988 with Arsenal. Kevin Campbell is a hurler. He plays for Setanta and the Donegal county team. Campbell won a Donegal Senior Hurling Championship with Setanta in 2017. Setanta followed this up with an Ulster Junior Club Hurling Championship , also in 2017, with Campbell scoring 0–11 (all frees) in the final against Na Magha. He won another Donegal SHC in 2019, scoring 0–5 (all frees) in the final. As team captain, Campbell was part of a delegation to Croke Park who staged a sit-in as part of their effort to free manager Eamonn Campbell from suspension for the 2009 Lory Meagher Cup final against Tyrone. Kevin Thomas Campbell is a former New Zealand member of parliament for the Alliance, and the party's leader outside of Parliament at its deregistration in May 2015. Early career Campbell worked as a milkman, before becoming a police officer. He trained to be a Catholic priest at Holy Name Seminary and Holy Cross College. However he was not ordained. Prior to entering Parliament he qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor and practiced in criminal law. Member of Parliament Campbell was the Alliance candidate for the 1998 Taranaki-King Country by-election, and claimed to have "played some small part in bringing about the closer working relationship between Labour and the Alliance as a result of that by-election."
