Kerstin Abram-Nilsson

	Kerstin Abram-Nilsson Kerstin Abram-Axelsson née Nilsson; (7 July 1931 — 18 December 1998) was a Swedish artist, debater, and social activist, who primarily expressed herself through various paintings and graphic arts. Her work has been shown in exhibitions throughout Europe, the United States, Mexico, and the Soviet Union. Life Nilsson was born on 7 July 1931 in Engelbrekt Parish, Stockholm. She was the daughter of Abram Nilsson, who was a physician, and his wife, Margareta Dahlström, who was a nurse. Nilsson and her elder brother were brought up in a middle-class home, where the norm was making music and engaging in the arts. In 1951, after finishing high school, Nilsson attended Konstfackskolan (now Konstfack, University of arts, crafts, and design) in Stockholm. 	Djursholm Djursholm () is one of four suburban districts in, and the seat of Danderyd Municipality, Stockholm County, Sweden. Djursholm is included in the multi-municipal Stockholm urban area. picture info	Nya Idun Nya Idun is a Swedish cultural association for women founded in 1885, originally as a female counterpart to Sällskapet Idun ('the Idun Society'). Its aim was to "gather educated women in the Stockholm area for informal gatherings". There was also an early 20th-century women's journal of the same name. Activity Nya Idun was founded on 7 February 1885 in the premises of the at Jakobsbergsgatan 11 in Stockholm. Its founders were Calla Curman, Hanna Winge, Ellen Fries, Ellen Key and Amelie Wikström.
