Kerala Blasters Football Club Women, commonly referred to as The Blasters, was an Indian women's football club based in Kochi, Kerala, that competed in the Kerala Women's League, the second-tier league of women's football in India. Founded in July 2022, the club was affiliated with their men's team Kerala Blasters FC in the Indian Super League. In June 2023, the Blasters management announced the temporary pause of the Women's team due to financial problems, after the All India Football Federation imposed financial sanction on the club. History Formation On 1 June 2022, the Kerala Blasters announced the appointment of Rajah Rizwan as the director of the club's academy and the newly planned women's team. Later on 25 July, Kerala Blasters officially launched their women's team and announced their participation in the 2022–23 Kerala Women's League season. Manjappada
Manjappada (; ) are an organised Supporters' groups, supporters' group of the Kochi based professional football club Kerala Blasters FC, which competes in Indian Super League, the top tier league of Football in India, Indian football. One of the largest and most active fan groups in the country, Manjappada received the Indian Sports Honours Fan Club of the Year award two times, in 2017 and 2019. Founded in 2014 as a Facebook page, Manjappada later expanded and have branches in each of Kerala's 14 districts and in 12 other States and union territories of India, Indian states; Malayali, Keralites in 64 other countries are also part of the group. 2022–23 Indian Super League Playoffs
The 2022–23 Indian Super League playoffs was the ninth playoffs series of the Indian Super League. The playoffs began on 3 March 2023 and concluded with the final on 18 March. The top two teams in regular season, Mumbai City and Hyderabad automatically qualified for the semi-finals. Kerala United Football Club is an Indian professional football club based in Malappuram, Kerala. Founded in 1976 as ''Calicut Quartz FC'', the club was an amateur and academy side during its early years. Kiran Pisda (born 16 August 2001) is an Indian professional footballer who plays as a forward for the Indian Women's League club Odisha and the India women's national football team.
