Kentucky Route 85 (KY 85) is a State highway#United States, state highway in Kentucky that runs from Kentucky Route 70 east of Madisonville, Kentucky, Madisonville to U.S. Route 62 northeast of Rockport, Kentucky, Rockport via Sacramento, Kentucky, Sacramento and Centertown, Kentucky, Centertown. Route Description KY 85 begins at KY 70 near Anton, Kentucky, Anton which then entering to that town. After leaving it, it makes the southern terminus of Kentucky Route 2082, KY 2082 it then passes into Kentucky Route 862, KY 862. While then it passes into the McLean County, Kentucky, Mclean County and into a small river named Pond River. Then, It then passes into the town of Sacramento, Kentucky, Sacramento. Where it makes concurrency and also making the eastern terminus of Kentucky Route 254, KY 254. It then leaves the concurrency to making two southern terminus of Kentucky Route 2383, KY 2383 and Kentucky Route 2109, KY 2109. Next, it makes another terminus at Kentucky Route 222 ...

Kentucky Transportation Cabinet
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) is Kentucky's state-funded agency charged with building and maintaining federal highways and Kentucky state highways, as well as regulating other transportation related issues. The Transportation Cabinet is led by the Kentucky Secretary of Transportation, who is appointed by the governor of Kentucky. The current Secretary is Jim Gray, who was appointed by Democratic Governor Andy Beshear. As of October 2012, KYTC maintains of roadways in the state. The KYTC mission statement is "To provide a safe, efficient, environmentally sound and fiscally responsible transportation system that delivers economic opportunity and enhances the quality of life in Kentucky."
