Alfred Kennerley
Alfred Kennerley (10 October 1810 – 15 November 1897) was an Australian politician and Premier of Tasmania from 4 August 1873 until 20 July 1876. Kennerley was born in Islington. He was a man of means who came from England to Australia when young and settled in New South Wales. On 18 February 1834 at Windsor he married Jane, daughter of Richard Rouse of Rouse Hill House. When his father died Kennerley leased his land and sold his livestock, planning to return to England. He sailed with his wife for London in March 1842 and returned to Sydney in January 1845. He resumed farming at Bringelly, became a magistrate and, in trust for his wife, acquired from Rouse more property in Parramatta. Kennerley was not robust and found the climate very trying. In 1853 he returned to England with his wife. In June 1857 the Kennerleys arrived at Hobart in the Gloucester and named their new home Rouseville. Kerri-Anne Kennerley (née Wright; born 22 September 1953) is an Australian television and radio presenter, actress and singer. She has more than 50 years in the industry, and is an inductee into the Logie Hall of Fame. Kennerley was a co-host on Network 10's ''Studio 10''. She is currently due to star in ''Pippin'' at the Sydney Lyric Theatre as Pippin's grandmother, Berthe. Kevin Kennerley
Kevin Robert Kennerley (born 26 April 1954) is an English former footballer who played as a midfielder. An FA Youth Cup winner with Arsenal, he played professional football for Burnley, Port Vale and Swansea City of Wales. Kennerly in his footballing career also joined Stafford Rangers, Nantwich Town and that of Droylsden as well. Career Kennerley played in the Arsenal youth team, helping them to lift the FA Youth Cup in 1971 with a 2–0 aggregate victory in their two cup final legs over Cardiff City. He however, never played at the first-team level for the Gunners, and thus swapped Highbury for Turf Moor when he joined Burnley in 1975. He played six First Division games for Jimmy Adamson's "Clarets" in the 1975–76 season, scoring one goal. He then joined Roy Sproson's Port Vale in May 1976. Mitchell Kennerley
Mitchell Kennerley (August 14, 1878 – February 22, 1950) was an English born American publisher, editor, and gallery owner. Life He was born at Burslem, England. He was the manager of the New York branch of John Lane, the London publisher, from 1896 to 1900, business manager of the ''Smart Set'' in 1900-01, founded in 1901 and was editor and proprietor until 1905 of the ''Reader'' magazine. He married Helen Rockwell Morley. In 1906, he started in the book publishing business. He used typesetter Frederic W. Goudy for his books, and advanced him money to complete one of his first successful fonts, which Goudy named Kennerley Old Style as a dedication. In 1910, he undertook the publication of '' The Forum'' and of ''The Papyrus'' (the later for author Michael Monahan). He was a dealer in and published the work of Oscar Wilde and Walt Whitman.
