Ken Stills
Kenneth Lee Stills Sr. (born September 6, 1963) is a former American football safety in the National Football League (NFL). He is the father of American football wide receiver Kenny Stills. Stills was originally drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the eighth round of the 1985 NFL Draft. He played college football at Wisconsin. His first start in the NFL came against the Chicago Bears, the Packers' most hated rivals during the 1980s, and he memorably cost his team a 15-yard penalty for shoving Matt Suhey at the line of scrimmage. Stills also played for the Minnesota Vikings for one season before retiring. He was a former head coach for the River City Rage of the United Indoor Football and running backs coach for the Los Angeles Xtreme of the XFL. Kenneth Lee Stills Jr. (born April 22, 1992) is an American football wide receiver who is a free agent. He played college football at Oklahoma and was drafted by the New Orleans Saints in the fifth round of the 2013 NFL Draft. Early years Stills attended La Costa Canyon High School in Carlsbad, California, where he was a three-sport star in football, basketball, and track. In his sophomore year, he had 30 catches for 627 yards and six touchdowns. As a junior, he snatched 62 passes for 1,500 yards and 17 touchdowns. As a senior in 2009, he was named CIF first-team at wide receiver after hauling in 45 receptions for 914 yards and 10 touchdowns. The XFL was a professional American football league that played its only season in 2001. The XFL was operated as a joint venture between the WWE, World Wrestling Federation (WWF, now WWE) and NBC. The XFL was conceived as an outdoor football league that would begin play immediately after the National Football League season ended, to take advantage of the perceived lingering public desire to watch football after the NFL and college football seasons conclude. The Los Angeles Xtreme was a professional American football team based in Los Angeles, California. The team was a member of the XFL (2001), XFL, begun by Vince McMahon of World Wrestling Entertainment and by NBC, a major television network in the United States. United Indoor Football
United Indoor Football (UIF) was an indoor football league in the United States that operated from 2005 to 2008. Ten owners from the National Indoor Football League, including one expansion (the Dayton Warbirds, which never played a game in UIF) and two from arenafootball2 (af2) took their franchises and formed their own league. The league was based in Omaha, Nebraska. On July 22, 2008, it was announced that the UIF would be merging with the Intense Football League 2009 season. The merged league is known as the newest incarnation of the Indoor Football League. The RiverCity Rage were a professional indoor football team. They played home games at the Family Arena in Saint Charles, Missouri, part of the metropolitan area of St. Louis, Missouri, in past seasons, played in the Scottrade Center in downtown St. Louis in the 2006 season, and returned to the Family Arena for the 2007 UIF season.
