Ken Moyer
Kenneth Wayne Moyer (born 1966) is a former professional American football player who played offensive lineman for five seasons for the Cincinnati Bengals. He went to the University of Toledo where he got a bachelor's degree in Science and Electrical Engineering. Ken Moyer became the head football coach at Dayton Christian High School in 2014 as well as teaching high school math classes. Offensive Lineman
In gridiron football, a lineman is a player who specializes in play at the line of scrimmage. The linemen of the team currently in possession of the ball are the offensive line, while linemen on the opposing team are the defensive line. A number of NFL rules specifically address restrictions and requirements for the offensive line, whose job is to help protect the quarterback from getting sacked for a loss, or worse, fumbling. Germantown is a city in Montgomery County, Ohio, United States. The population was 5,547 at the 2010 census. A part of the Dayton metropolitan area, Germantown was founded by German Americans from Pennsylvania and was once home to a cigar industry. History Germantown was established in 1804 by German-speaking settlers from Berks County, Pennsylvania. Philip Gunckel, the only member of the group who spoke English, is recognized as Germantown's founder, who chose the site for a grist mill and laid out the original town plan in 1814. The Gunckel Town Plan, maintaining many of its original 19th and early 20th century buildings, has been recognized as a Historic District and has been placed on the National Register of Historic Places. Valley View High School (Ohio)
Valley View High School is a public high school in Germantown, Ohio. It is the only high school in the Valley View Local School District. Its athletic teams are called ''The Spartans''. The first class to graduate after the consolidation was the class of 1969. The new high school was completed some time after that initial graduation. In 1999, the site was expanded, adding a new music wing, and more cafeteria space. A new k-12 school is under construction near the current high school and is slated for occupancy Fall, 2024. Toledo Rockets Football
The Toledo Rockets football team is a college football program in Division I FBS, representing the University of Toledo. The Rockets compete in the Mid-American Conference. Toledo began playing football in 1917, although it did not field teams in 1931, and 1943–1945. Since the inception of the AP Poll in 1936 Toledo has finished in the Top 25 four times. Dayton Christian High School is a private, non-denominational Christian high school located in Miamisburg, Ohio, United States, educating approximately 900 students.
