Kelly Skidmore
Kelly Skidmore (born December 20, 1962) is a politician who served as a member of the Florida House of Representatives, representing the 90th District, from 2006 to 2008. A Democrat, she ran unsuccessfully for the Florida Senate in 2010 and again for the Florida House in 2016. History Skidmore was born in Cleveland, Ohio, and moved to the state of Florida in 1972, where she attended Deerfield Beach High School. She worked as a legislative aide to then-State Senator Ron Klein from 1996 to 2005, and then served as the Vice-President of Advocacy and Public Policy for the Florida Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation. Deerfield Beach High School (DBHS) is a public high school in Deerfield Beach, Florida. It is part of the Broward School District and has an enrollment of approximately 2,400. Tina Scott Polsky (born May 4, 1968) is an American politician serving as a Democratic member of the Florida Senate, representing the 29th district since 2020. Her Senate district includes parts of southern Palm Beach and northern Broward counties. Polsky also served one term in the Florida House of Representatives, representing parts of western and southern Palm Beach County from 2018 to 2020. The 2008 United States presidential election in Florida took place on November 4, 2008, and was part of the 2008 United States presidential election. Voters chose 27 representatives, or electors to the Electoral College, who voted for president and vice president.
